  My experience with the staff at French funeral home , was made easy to cope with. Starting with Karla Lucero, Luck Rogers and all the staff was very satisfying. They assisted me every step of the way. Thank you for that. I just left the staff to do what they do in every situation of arrangements for my loving sisters. They met my expectations beyond the call of duty. I will be using French Funeral Home in the future.

  I should start this off by noting that I think funeral services are vastly overpriced and a terrible burden on a family often still reeling from the loss of a loved one and not always thinking clearly.
  
  French Funerals has been around for what seems like forever. Half of my family has been interred by French and many friends in the past few years. Having helped surviving family members get through this process I've had a good look at the process behind the doors.
  
  The Good:
  - The staff and the owners are respectful, professional and kind.
  - There is just about every kind of service available for those who want or need all the extras.
  - These guys will help handle the death certificate and many other complicated aspects of the death that most people just are not equipped or prepared to deal with.
  - They have 'Chapels' on both sides of town if you don't have another place you want to hold the memorial.
  
  The Bad:
  -It's expensive. Credit isn't available that I can see, and the cost can easily go into the thousands before you know it. The exact same urns, caskets, memorial books etc can be purchased many other places at a fraction of the cost.
  
  The take away: French Funerals is a good resource if you can afford it and/or go in there with someone who can help you make good decisions.
