  Very very disappointed to report that Daniels did NOT honor a bereaved parents request to witness their baby child's cremation on Friday January 27, 2012. The parents had a scheduled time for cremation because it was important to them to be there during it, and Daniels went ahead of schedule and did it a day early, without notifying the parents, or honoring their request. This is inexcusable under the circumstances. Daniels is now responsible for making a difficult and sad situation even WORSE. May God have mercy on the people of Daniels. And may other people consider taking their special business elsewhere.
